At the Juan Santamaría Airport you can take a local flight with Sansa Regional Airlines that flies to Tambor, a town 40 minutes from Flor de Paraiso. Upon arrival in Tambor you can take a taxi to the hotel or rent a car in advance to pick you up on the spot.

By Water Taxi/Shuttle

 
Once you arrive in Costa Rica, a transport will pick you up at your Hotel and take you to Herradura beach where you will board a Water Taxi that will take you to the beach in Montezuma. Then you can take a taxi to your hotel.

There are several companies that provide direct transportation service with pick-up at the international airport or your hotel in San José with direct destination to Montezuma. Transportation by bus takes you to Puntarenas to take the ferry and crosses to the other side of the Gulf of Nicoya and then transfers you to your final destination.

By Car

 
If you have a rental car and are coming from San José, you should take Route 27 from San José to Puntarenas. When you arrive in Puntarenas, you must take the Naviera Tambor ferry to Paquera. When you get off the ferry, drive south to Cóbano. Once in Cóbano you turn left by the Banco Nacional towards Montezuma. It’s 10 minutes on the paved street until you reach the Casacolores Hotel, from there 50 meters east next to the telephone tower.
